What was the highlight of NH Copenhagen Grand Joanne
A great, brilliantly positioned hotel with helpful staff and quiet rooms.
Brilliant position only just around the corner from Central Station ( airport train 13 minutes). It’s not a “ pretty “ neighbourhood exactly but feels perfectly safe and a 5 minute walk takes you right into the great areas. The convenience to the station outweighed other issues. Also, despite being on a main road the room was at the back of the property and completely quiet. I also enjoyed 2 delicious meals at the hotel restaurant ( Italian) . This was particularly good for me this time since I was solo and appreciated not having to go out alone in the evening.
As others have noted, the rooms are very small. They’re nicely decorated but I was a solo traveller this time and it did occur to me that there wouldn’t have even been room for a second suitcase. If 2 of you are travelling I’d suggest checking the size of the room.

The staff were superb and very friendly, restaurant was great and the location spot on for exploring.
The room was a little on the small side, somewhere to put case would have helped

Had a great stay!
The hotel was really beautiful and clean, decorated with taste. The room was comfortable given its size. The hotel is excellently located at the city center, right by the central station. Very easy to go to from the airport by train within less than 30 minutes and few EUR ticket. Also very comfortable when sightseeing the city, e.g. right next to Tivoli <3 Staff was very friendly, helpful, and professional.
We knew the room was small, it was clearly advertised but still... not really meant to spent time in there other than shower and sleep! Also, the breakfast was not particularly rich, a weird combination of some buffet items and some limited a la carte options - though everything very tasty!
